1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using snoreweight.com (the "Site"), the SnoreWeight calculator, or any associated services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

• All website design, code, layout, and user interface elements
• All written content, copy, research summaries, and educational materials
• The SnoreWeight calculator, its inputs, outputs, and milestone journey system
• All PDF reports, clinical assessment tools, and downloadable materials
• The domain name snoreweight.com and all associated subdomains

You may not, without express written permission from SnoreWeight:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service or its content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the calculator algorithm or methodology
• Create derivative works based on the SnoreWeight platform or concept
• Use the SnoreWeight name, brand, or trademark in any commercial context
• Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from the Site
• Frame or mirror the Site on any other website or platform
• License, sell, or transfer access to the Service to third parties
• Use any SnoreWeight content in any AI training dataset without written consent

Violations of these terms will result in immediate legal action including claims for trademark infringement, copyright infringement, and damages. SnoreWeight actively monitors for unauthorized use and reproduction of its platform and methodology.

3. Permitted use

Subject to these Terms, SnoreWeight grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial wellness purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without a valid partnership or licensing agreement
• Reproduce or share the SnoreWeight calculator on any other platform
