What to expect each week

The challenge is built around the science — each week targets a specific physiological change in your airway and sleep quality.

Week 1
Establish your baseline
Calculate your SnoreWeight. Log your starting weight and first snoring observation. Set your 30-day target.
Goal: Know your number
Week 2
Early changes begin
As weight starts to come off, chest fat may begin redistributing and airway pressure can reduce. Some people notice early sleep improvements at this stage — everyone's pace is different.
Focus: Consistency over speed
Week 3
Building momentum
With continued progress, neck circumference may begin to reduce. Partners often report quieter nights as weight comes down toward the SnoreWeight range. Published research links this level of progress to meaningful reductions in snoring severity.

Approaching your goal
Closing in on your SnoreWeight range. Many people notice meaningful sleep improvements by this stage. Some cross back below their SnoreWeight in week four — though everyone's journey moves at its own pace.
